Kirby Morgan Dive Systems Inc. is now shipping a new longer version of its waterproof communication connectors for its helmets and Bandmasks. This new connector is 28 inches in length, or an additional 16 1/2 inches over the length of the previous version. There is no additional charge for this longer length. All specifications otherwise remain the same and this new version is manufactured for KMDSI by the same vendor.
This new connector will make it easier to use masks or helmets with umbilicals that may have connectors of varying lengths. It will also provide additional material if it becomes necessary to make repairs.
