A new "universal" Silicone Oral Nasal ( DSI pa rt # 5 10·690)
is now available. This new oral nasal fits both the SL 17 & 27 helmets as well as the KMB 18/28 BandMasks. [\ is made of a superior silicone material, (gray in color) which is hypo-allergenic and has a longer work life than standard latex. The new design has identical openings on either side allowing the microphone and the valve body 10 be used on either side according to the helmet or mask it is installed in. The Silicone Oral Nasal is now available as a replacement part, and will ship as the standard oral nasal for OSI helmets and masks beginning August I, 1996.
