The SuperFlow® 450 SS is the newest Kirby Morgan® demand regulator and was designed to back fit all KMDSI Helmets and BandMasks® that currently use the tried and true SF 350 regulator.

The SF 450 SS is of a balanced inlet design and like the SF 350, features a multi turn bias adjustment. The main difference between the SF 350 and 450 regulators, is the SF 450 provides a slightly higher level of breathing performance at a given supply pressure and can provide the same performance as the SF 350 with slightly lower supply pressures.

The other difference is the cast stainless regulator body is engineered for quick and easy maintenance of the inlet valve assembly and is much easier to service and maintain than the old SF and SF 350 brass body regulators. The main exhaust valve uses a large non corrosive seat which significantly reduces exhalation resistance and eliminates back flow due to corrosion on the seat surfaces. The SF 450 is recommended for all around air and mixed gas diving where light to extremely heavy work is the norm. The SF 450 SS is CR rated but not currently CE approved.
